For nomadic art, the challenge of this great event was to raise temporarily / respectfully our boxes to click in the living room of individuals and their share experiences of artists whose artistic research we were particularly affected. Install the projection device by adapting to the space provided, explain our presence, raise our glasses, launch videos and observe the reactions, in answer to questions, raising others, small taste delicious, this has been - broadly - the usual course of those evenings. If each of them was very different - as the adult audience has always changed - the welcome we have received has always been warm and open.
Within five evenings in Haute-Vienne (at Cromac / Nexon / Limoges (2) / Nedde) and Creuse (the Young Workers of the Underground), these video Small vigils have allowed nearly a hundred people to discover the work of Nicolas Provost that of Steven Pippin, artists unknown by most participants. The responses to these two works very destabilizing because experimental, have always attracted the rich debate.
Butterfly Love - from Belgian Nicolas Provost - but projected short loop (according to the will of the artist), engaged the audience as a mysterious painting and poetry - dealing with (among others) of the transformation physics and monstrosity - absorbs / attracts / appeals to / amazes many spectators while agonizing revulsion and others. Continued Saga Of An Amateur Photographer , meanwhile, much longer, retracing a journey made by train between London and Brighton - during which the British artist Steven Pippin turns the toilet into a camera car - always questioning, sometimes annoys / irritates / oppresses / disappoints, sometimes reassuring / amusing / fascinating ...
