The origin of resources:
The Sun (pictured) is the source of all energy accumulated on the ground. Quebec was spoiled by him in different forms.
heat of the sun produces the evaporation of water, water is transported as a cloud by the winds, another resource, generated by currents of heat it generates, this water is collected by dams then converted into electricity. This evaporation process is also a great water filtration plant, water is transported and generally soft drink. All other resources such as gas and Petroleum, mining and other phenomena that arise relate to nature itself.
The abundance of resources of Quebec is the envy of all our neighbors.
Like us humans, our sun, 1.2 million kilometers in diameter, had a father and grandfather and will reject it in a few billion years.
Evolution father, mother and offspring is one of the rules of nature.
Economic development is growing developer or the robber:
The nationalization of electricity and the establishment of the Hydro-Quebec was an important act of cultural affirmation, not only at new sources of collective wealth, but also by the impacts that are generated by research centers including the Hydro-Quebec, "IREQ," the creating important opportunities that can lead to the creation of new businesses and thousands of new jobs to the developer and its culture.
The Charest government has already released IREQ for much of its researchers.
culture of Quebec is the worst enemy of Canada;
Quebec in the sixties took possession of its territories and resources that we have inherited our primary energy source the sun.
The federation refused to cooperate in the development of our resources by our community or culture.
Rene Levesque created the Hydro-Quebec with loans made in New York. The Canadian government and Canadian companies have refused to participate in developing our seeing it as a threat to Canadian unity.
Canada is very concerned about the vitality of our culture on our economy, the referendum is a threat to him so high against its rule over us that he will break all the rules of democracy. It will even deny that several treaties signed at the UN, among other things that concerning the right of peoples to self-determination. Canada has invested billions of our taxes before, during and after the referendum to destroy our cultural ties first and then take our wealth. It allows all the meanness to break cultural ties.
Time or Francophone Quebecers derive significant income from their investments completed.
JJJ Charest's election, parachuted from Ottawa, allows Canada to take control of our territories, our energy, our economies, of our assets. He will control the future of Quebec and the people put on their knees by destroying the bonds between us and force our assimilation as the imposition of English learning in sixth.
Canada has never stopped searching for ways to counteract the desire for affirmation of Quebec. It puts us continually roadblocks on all our future projects, gas, oil, wind, engine wheel, etc.. etc.. Charest's election JJJ, parachuted in Quebec after the referendum with the complicity of the federal was the perfect opportunity to take over our territories in the treaty said the joint approach see here. He takes control of the Hydro-Quebec will dismantle it and our resources it will require cultural change taking control of our engineering firms to dilute our culture to better absorb it, see here. Our economies, Caisse de depot, water, mining and all other resources currently changing culture and owner of liquidations by multiple private.
Citizens must understand that it is culture that gives wealth and ensure people's future.
It is currently flooded with English music, English television, etc., even the CBC leaves little bit his role as defender of our right.
By controlling the media, state policies Charest will impose our demise in the short or medium term.
You and I are seeing the second mass deportation of citizens of this country by boat instead of expropriation.
Charest should put at the door immediately.
To understand these last two paragraphs in graphic form, read this text
By renouncing their culture, Quebeckers will lose more of their territories in the treaty said the joint approach, their culture in the accommodation unreasonable, thousands of billions of dollars in resources and investments that are changing hands.
After this long preamble I produced a copy and paste this text from this site

Shale Gas: Who pulls the strings?
October 7, 2010
André Bouthillier, lautjournal
Despite what the Union Quebec municipalities and opposition parties in the National Assembly of Quebec, the Quebec Liberal Party did not approach his improvised operating gas shale or shale in Quebec. It is a plan orchestrated a long time.
Remember Hydro-Quebec had previously received the government's mandate to study and see the development of oil and gas in Quebec.
What? You've already forgotten?
The operation is part of a convergence strategy advocated by Lucien Bouchard. Are we talking about here the same Lucien "Lucid" which today who charges $ 700 to $ 800 per hour to justify the oil and gas industry.
His vision then was to turn Quebec into a hub of energy in the north-eastern North America, but with the state and not in the picture as desired with Jean Charest the only private sector as a developer.
As architect of its policy, 1 October 1996 it appointed Andrew Curd with Hydro-Quebec executive who leaves his post as CEO at Gaz Metropolitain (now GazMétro).
soon Corporation State Hydro-Quebec will purchase 42% of the shares of Noverco, the holding company (holding company) that controls GazMétro.
And 40 years after Hydro-Quebec will be stripped of the natural gas industry!
Thus begins the story of the recent takeover by the "Men of gas and oil" on energy policy in Quebec.
Upon arrival at Hydro-Quebec, André Caillé streamlines research and development and sacrificed half of the researchers of the Institute of Electrical Research in Quebec (IREQ).
He sells subsidiary of Hydro-Quebec to the private sector. The New President of Hydro-Quebec disclaims any new project, as his energy will cost more than 3 cents / kWh.
The plant construction ceases abruptly. Only projects of mini-private plants will be put forward. That's how organized from scratch a shortage of hydroelectric power to justify the introduction of electricity generation by gas.
To Hydro-Quebec in its hand, André Caillé recruiting senior GazMétro and place them in strategic positions in the structure of Hydro-Quebec, as Andre Boulanger who, after a career spanning over 20 years to Gaz Metropolitain, and shareholder in a small construction company private dam, in 2003 became president of Hydro-Quebec Distribution. Once established, the team plans to build 12 power projects in natural gas and liquefied natural gas terminal project Rabaska.
March 2003, Jean Charest was elected prime minister and nine months later, Stéphane Bertrand, former vice president of Gaz Metro and, incidentally, chief of staff to Prime Minister Jean Charest, the lead on the construction of plant production of electricity, gas Suroît.
This plant, which management was granted to General Electric, would have worked with natural gas supplied by Gaz Métro. Had it been the mobilization of the population, what are we today with an elephant useless.
However, if the 12 projects, 11 are dead, who survived not least, the gas plant in Bécancour.
Pass Bécancour
Thanks to André Caillé and his partner Thierry Vandal, another former executive of Gaz Métro, Quebec citizens will pay dearly for their ignorance and treacherous policies of the gentlemen who chose to ignore the processing plant Public GAD (Gas Turbine) Bécancour at a cost of $ 120 million to help build next to a private power plant to natural gas, owned by TransCanada Energy, an Alberta company. The central
TAG, built in 1993 with public funds, operates only 30 to 40 hours per year. The private power plant in Bécancour is closed until 2013 because of excess electricity. Never mind, we, the citoyens.nes, will pay at least $ 1 billion in compensation to TransCanada Energy to it DOES NOT HAPPEN! (03)
error of Judgement? Profits paid to whom?
Cou'donc! This famous competence of executives from the private sector would be a myth?
Curiously, five days before SNC-Lavalin will begin construction of the Bécancour, which will be supplied by Gaz Métro, Hydro-Québec sells its shares GazMétro SNC-Lavalin, the Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec and Solidarity Fund QFL.
Event trivial to some, but the chair prepares for another character Gaz Métro finds himself at the helm of a corporation. Today, Robert Tessier, former Chairman of Gaz Metropolitain, is seated as President of the Board of Directors of the Caisse, which owns shares in gas companies and announced in September 2010 it will invest in energy advantage. Duh!!
The great pass wind
In 2004, Mr. Thierry Vandal is president of Hydro-Québec Production and fought tooth and nail the gas, proclaiming loudly that wind power would not work in our climate . Subsequently, when he ascended the throne of Hydro-Quebec, he said, equally loudly, believing in the wind for years ...
In 2005, Mr. Curd is President of the Board of Directors of Hydro-Quebec, Mr. Thierry Vandal is president of Operations and Jean Charest is the Prime Minister busy to sit his conservative policies. The triumvirate, severally, refuses the offer of partnership with wind energy development firm Siemens, which proposed to invest a minimum of $ 4 billion, to create at least 2 500 permanent jobs and provide expertise in Quebec IREQ . We will learn later, thanks to a leak in the media, the real substance of this offers the government and Hydro-Quebec had been careful not to make public. (06)
As the expertise of Hydro-Quebec wind is zero, its chairman, Mr. Thierry Vandal, do not be a contradiction, providing nearly 1 000 MW of wind power electricity DeFrance (EDF ), a company being privatized and coveted by Paul Desmarais, Ontarian shooter twine through Gaz de France / Suez.
We must remember that EDF has no jurisdiction wind. This company will then come with us to develop expertise in selling us our own wind ...
Equally preposterous is the decision of Mr. Vandal, the former vice president of Gaz Metro to grant a portion of a contract of 275 MW of wind Gaz Metro, which is equally devoid of expertise in wind energy system .
Future changes from shale gas
Meanwhile, three firms gas / oil, Gastem, Petrolia and Junex signed July 28, 2005 a letter of intent that will allow Gastem to partner letting ( subcontracting) on oil exploration projects in St-Simon, near St-Hyacinthe, and Gaspé Gaspé. Junex Petrolia and take a shareholding in Gastem, in addition to proposing the appointment of one member each to the Board of Directors of the Company.
But it's not collusion? Barely preparation? Perhaps some will say ... Improvisation C'mon!
From the resignation of André Caillé Hydro-Quebec in 2007, the participation of HQ in Gaz Métro is sold and, slowly, the Charest government to dismantle the organization of Hydro-Quebec, which was stripped of the development of oil and gas in Quebec. Companies warned of the scheme, as Gastem, make the full funding by seeking $ 5 million to the scholarship. This kind of approach does not just happen, they have the information firsthand.
The strategy is "to Quebecers with a fait accompli: remove Hydro-Quebec's portrait to leave any room for the gas industry, and, why not avoid the debate, lengthy and costly environmental studies and economic, and allow some Quebecers already placed on the boards of directors of junior mining companies to benefit from the windfall that would soon pass. In other
words, the companies agreed to divide the territory of Quebec even before filing "claims" on the whole territory, and some maps show this.
They also won the Quebec government not only permitted, but the financial support of the right to operate without paying any fee for 5 years. An agreement frankly inconsistent with the Liberal plan on the economy and sustainable development, as trumpeted in the last election.
Another fact to remember, every purchase of investment in a mining company in Quebec that is part of a loss is deductible tax; this encouragement to finance the mining industry serves the rich investors who take the opportunity to reduce their profit margin to pay less income tax. Bring on the loss, the taxpayer who pays!
the federal side, the companies receive financial support for energy production.
Companies shale gas / shale sale
Before the silence of the shareholders or the denial of its leaders, faced with the ignorance of citizens, and because of the collusion of the Liberal Party team Quebec power, we understandable that the strategy of curd, Vandal and Charest will lead to the sale, with big profits for a few schemers, these small companies to multinational oil and gas. The infrastructure is already in place.
For example, Gastem. A Quebec company? Nonsense!
Although the spokesperson in Quebec is named Raymond Savoie, the company is owned by Mr. Gheza Zambode Mississauga, Ontario, the largest shareholder. The second largest shareholder is Toronto's Sprott Assets.
Okay, but Quebec would be the third represents the interests Foreign ie those of an investment subsidiary of BNP Paribas is named Marc-Andre Lavoie, but read on. To the Board of Directors, we find people of Virginia (U.S.), Alberta, Toronto ... everything is ready for serving as directors of multinational conseilsd'administration to buy the shares of Mr. Lavoie.
Besides Gastem inc. is a division of Ditem inc. ownership of CDS & CO. Ontario etCEDE & Co United States and a surprising shareholder, FondAction the CSN.
As Junex, the main shareholder is Jean-Yves Lavoie, the second estJacques Aubert and the third shareholder, not the least, the Caisse de depot et placement du Québec, represented by the name of Sodemex Management inc.
Now the Board of Directors of Junex are in good company with two former presidents of Gaz Metro, Robert Tessier, now president of the Board of Directors of the Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec, former president André Caillé Gaz Métro and Hydro-Quebec and Laurent Lemaire Cascades divisionBoralex which produces electricity from hydro, co-generation and wind power.
Finally, in 2007, after the departure of curd Hydro-Quebec, during the dismantling of gas and oil sectors of the Crown corporation, the Charest government dissolved the Société québécoise d'initiatives oil (SOQUIP) and transfers all its rights to explore for Hydro-Quebec in Quebec to three companies:
1. Petrolia, whose headquarters is located in Rimouski is owned by Mr. Yousef Saeed a resident of Dubai of United Arab Emirates United. (According CIDREQ October 2010). Since we learn that Hydro-Quebec could have a secret agreement about certain fees that the state company could withdraw if Petrolia should take advantage of permits such as the Anticosti Island would be hundreds of millions of dollars. As a member of the Board ago Marc-Andre Lavoiereprésentant the interests of France as it represents the bank BNP Paribas in Montreal. (05)
The main shareholder appearing on the record is Pilatus Energy AG, a company whose CEO Loik Le Floch-Prigent, was imprisoned by the French courts in 2003 and 2010. The company is headquartered in Switzerland and has only one shareholder: Saeed Yousef. As for Petrolia, other members of the Board of Directors from Calgary and Luxembourg. Some francophone Quebecois are the seat occupancy. As
2. Gastem and 3. Junex, listening only to their Quebec nationalism, they quickly sold off majority shares of these rights to foreign firms its U.S. partner Forest Oil and Corridor Resources (Calgary Alberta).
After his departure from Hydro-Quebec in April 2008, Mr. Caille was appointed Senior Advisor in Policy Junex and serves on the Board of Directors of the company. He became president of the Oil and Gas Association of Quebec when it was founded in April 2009, the Vice-President is Raymond Savoie, a former Liberal cabinet minister and director of Gastem / Ditem.
With the blessing of the Government of Quebec, the Association began a campaign infomercial from Quebec for the awareness of the benefits of developing shale gas in Quebec. After three meetings and the defeat of the communication plan of the national firms, that Mr. Caillé forced to rest.
Is it a doctor who signed the prescription or the Association of Gas?
Who pulls the biggest string?
Few québécois.ses suspect that Paul Desmarais senior political pulls the strings of the gas through GazMétro. Indeed, 6 of 14 members of the Board serve as that of Gaz de France, which is the new owner, or with Enbridge. Yes even those who have contributed to Rabaska.
Especially Enbridge owns 32.06% shares of Gaz Métro Gaz de France and GDF owns 17.56%. This is a case of "I got you, you hold me by the beard." What
long detours ingeniously concocted by Paul Desmarais senior to infiltrate the gas industry and oil!
In 1981, to thwart the nationalization of the banking Paribas imposed parFrançois Mitterrand, then freshly elected President of France, Paul Desmarais starts with Brother Albert of Belgium and other European business, "Operation Ark Noah ". It was
recover subsidiaries appeléeCobepa Belgian and Swiss Paribas, launching a PEO
(01) through dePargesa, another Swiss company. The operation fails, it allows Paul Desmarais Sr. of binding to important financial and European politicians.
Over the years, it becomes close to the French president, Nicolas Sarkozy, gets his humble field Sagard Quebec (pictured above), and even participates in the festival held at Fouquet's to celebrate the election of new president May 6, 2007.
return elevator arrives February 16, 2008. Decorated LaGrande Cross of the Legion of honneurl'homme business is being told publicly by Nicolas Sarkozy, "If I'm president today, I owe in part to the advice, friendship and loyalty of Paul Desmarais. "And
detailing how, in 1995, it was at low ebb, Canadian financier had invited his family and pledged to "build" a "strategy" for him.
Some time later Nicolas Sarkozy privatized companies controlled by the French government in which the company flagship Desmarais, Power Corporation has invested.
course, business people say it's pure coincidence that the French president sold Gaz de France (GDF) at a discount to Suez, a company largely owned by Power Corporation. Here it is interesting to know how to Albert Frere and Friends Paul Desmarais went about achieving this blow smoky. (04)
should also know that Paul Desmarais Jr., sits on the Board of Directors of Suez? In addition to shares held indirectly via Power Corp.. Canada, Mr. Desmarais personally owns 2,000 shares of Suez. There is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Total Petroleum, an associated company in the oil sands of Alberta through the UTS Energy Corporation (UTS) (07) whose operators are Suncor Energy Inc. and society Teck Resources Ltd.. That
for oil! As for gas, not only uses the Carlyle Power Corporation USA, where Paul Desmarais serves on the board of directors to raise capital, and through subsidiaries involved in the development of LNG terminal projects, including the highly controversial Rabaska in Quebec and that of Northern Medoc in France.
Interestingly, one third of the Board of Directors of Gaz Métro, or 4 to 12 are directors / rices of Petro-Canada (one of two partners for the proposed LNG terminal at Gros-Cacouna) and and / or Putnam, a U.S. company recently purchased by Power Corporation!
The schemers in the office of Chief schemers
Jean Charest, a puppet of the men of gas / oil? He, like Paul Desmarais, received his medal from French President.
In the summer of 2010 would run the rumor that Vice President Environment at the Total oil the waited one day we will know the real reasons why this ennoblement and his flight to Europe was countermanded and by whom?
To oversee the whole, our government entirely devoted to Quebec's economy is about to change its rules by Bill 79 on mines without affecting the system of "free mining" that robs you of your property below and leaves companies the right to expropriate. (02)
We now know who is pulling the strings for policies that business people from Quebec who serve as nominees in foreign companies, can get rich out of our natural resources.
There is no improvisation in the approach of the Liberal ministers. All the persons mentioned in this text are part of this coterie. Here is a preview, but for all know, at the end of this text we invite you to explore this world of sham (08).
should add Daniel Bernier, chief of staff to the Charest government until 2005, which represents as a lobbyist interests of Talisman Energy. This lobbyist is part of a communications company headed by François Pilote, longtime friend of Jean Charest and a former political organizers.
Counsel for Jean Charest to the Commission Bastarache, Mr. Andrew Ryan is the president of the Legal Commission of the Liberal Party and participated in the creation of the Oil and Gas Association of Quebec (QOGA).
The new director general of the association is named Stephane Gosselin and is the former Chief of Staff of the Economic Development Minister, Clement Gignac. He held the same position for Natural Resources and Environment.
As Public Relations of the organization, they will be in the right hands of Martin Daraiche, former political aide Nathalie Normandeau in 2006, when she was the owner of Municipal Affairs. In 2007 he went to the office of Prime Minister Jean Charest as a consultant for Legal Affairs and Policy. National public relations firm, has hired the following year. According to the register of lobbyists, Mr. Daraiche operates as an influence with the government for QOGA "in order that Quebec be recognized as a court capable of hosting an industry structures for shale gas. " His term began in May 2010, says the register.
series of defectors continues. A former chief of staff to Prime Minister Jean Charest is recruited by the company Talisman Energy in Alberta. Daniel Gagnier
will sit on an advisory committee set up by Talisman to support its operations in Quebec.
This committee shall advise management of Talisman on issues such as community mobilization, taxation and regulation in Quebec.
Gagnier will not, however, because of lobbying is not registered. The latter, who was chief of staff Jean Charest for two years, left the office of prime minister in September 2009. He served as president from the International Institute for Sustainable Development.
And more: Jean-Pierre Ouellet, an influential liberal appointed to the Board of Directors of the Caisse de depot by the government, is also advisor to Talisman.
How to stop them? What are the possible actions?
social or environmental groups may file a complaint or the Auditor General of the province, the Ombudsman, and the Surete du Quebec.
This is about to launch investigations that no politician or politician can not stifle.
Then convince the opposition political parties in the National Assembly to bypass these leeches who suck our natural resources by refocusing the mission of the Department of Natural Resources as manager of macroeconomic throughout the mining industry.
must also remove the priority and right of the mining companies to expropriate owners opposing the exploration on their land.
must get rid of the Mining Law System "free mining" system ("claim") which dates from 1880.
If the system of "claim" is held every citizen citizens should be able to buy a "claim" on his land without ever having to do with exploration.
This rule of "Free Mining" still leads, not to say "mine" our mining law, rule Nathalie Normandeau stubbornly maintain at any cost ... certainly on behalf of his ideological biases, whose consequences involve development of a society where the State does to make a profit to the private sector of the economy while spending on support are passed on to individual taxpayers.
Sadly for Quebecers that the financial sharks use politicians and politicians who are mentally constructed a value system that includes: rationale for pillaging the public good or common greed advocating ; and enhancement of the status of being the Rug Business.
Some say that our politiciens.nes are handled. Obviously, for someone pulling the strings, there must be puppets and it y'en miss!
